Property size

Property requirement is for a minimum of 1000 to 1500 sq. ft. of floor space with/ without an open area. This can be on ground or first floor (in case of first floor, exclusive entrance is mandatory)

Workforce

Centre Manager, Teachers (1 teacher for every 12 students, 1 adult for every 6 students), Support staff, Housekeeping, Security.

Total Investment

Investment varies from 8 to 12 lacs depending on property condition and size available.
